Entrance:
Coming through the entrance porch you'll find a perfect place to take off shoes and hang your coats. There's also a handy bench to sit on whilst removing shoes.

Kitchen Dinner:
The kitchen is fitted with everything you’ll need during your stay, including a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. There is also a Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers. On arrival you will find a selection kitchen essentials to get you started- including tea, coffee, milk and few additional extras!

The kitchen has a large island with benches, the perfect place for morning coffee whilst enjoying the view. There is also a dining table for 6.

Sitting Room:
The living space includes two comfy sofas surrounding the log burner and TV – perfect for relaxing in after a long day of sightseeing.
There’s also a desk and armchair. Free WIFI is included, should you need to work during your stay.

Master Bedroom:
The spacious main bedroom features a luxury king size bed, wardrobe, drawers and plenty of storage for all your belongings. It also has an en-suite equipped with a large walk-in shower.

Bedroom two:
The second bedroom also features a luxury king sized bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bedroom three:
The third bedroom, which adjoins the sitting room, is a twin bedroom and has two single beds, wardrobes and shelving. All rooms have crisp white bedding and towels provided.

Family Bathroom:
The family bathroom has the additional luxury of a bath. Toiletries are provided for your stay.

Outside areas:
Garden Cottage has its own private garden and is self contained to keep your four legged friends in the garden.
There is patio furniture, a fire pit and a BBQ for any outdoor dining.

Guests are most welcome to use the private tennis court and tennis rackets.

What a location!! A beautiful cottage in a stunning setting. Beautiful decor, very comfortable and spacious and so clean! So peaceful with walks on the doorstep, a lovely garden and a well maintained tennis court. The very generous hamper on arrival was well received. So thoughtful! Such lovely toiletries too. We loved exploring the local area ... our favourite destination was Castle Combe. Jane is such a lovely host ... so welcoming, friendly and lovely to chat to. Harriet is an absolute delight. I cannot rate her management skills highly enough. We had a personal issue with my mother during our stay and Harriet went over and above to help out. Such happy memories of my Mum's 80th created at this simply gorgeous property. We would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful place to stay with fabulous views across the countryside. The hamper on arrival was a lovely touch. The house was perfect for us, was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The garden was great for our 2 chocolate labs who enjoyed meeting the young cows and lovely walks in the wood and near by. Thank you all for looking after us so well .

Probably one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Gorgeously renovated and decorated, we had a relaxing few days and felt right at home. Communication was top notch, and Jane and Leo were so kind and accommodating. It was a five star stay and we throughly enjoyed our family break.

Brilliant property in the most perfect spot. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend to others and visit again. The hamper filled with lots a delicious things was such a nice touch too. Everything about this property was ideal. Super responsive and accommodated a slightly later check out which was very kind. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
